Sorry, cann't help Rich but if you check out the LTZ spec, it'll give you all the dimensions you need.
It's at the bottom of the page on one of the links on this thread [I think].
Just check the sizes against your current spare.
On my way out so cann't help for now....... always on the road less travelled 🚧

Just noticed that they state 50PSI on that page!
Surely that is too high.2014 SDV6 HSE White, LLAMS Height Controller, Tinted Glass, Tuff Ant Sliders and 18" steel wheels, Safari Snorkel, Rhino Rack Platform, ARB Air Compressor, Custom Drawer and storage unit -http://www.box.com/s/jem0ilac3cner2mexq64 UHF CB, 4x4 Intellegence RWC, 120ltr Long range tank, Rock Sliders and Compressor protection plate Beanie grill, De Tango.

Yeah, but that's the maximum pressure the tyre will take.
I've been running mine [on/off road] at 1 lb over normal LR recommended pressures.
Grip, ride and wear are all fine over the last 10k miles I've had them....... always on the road less travelled 🚧

Clearance about 10mm / no good if you need to fit chains.
These are 285 / 60 R18's
I still have 19's for onroad use.
I'll be using shortened links off road.
Rich.

I've been away on a trip for work and found my speedo is actually more accurate with these oversize tyres than the standard diameter!
I used my GPS as the comparison, only when I held a speed to settle the speed measurements.
Using the calculator at ExplorOz:
Select Wheel/Tyre 1 / 255/55/R19
Select Wheel/Tyre 2 / 285/60/R18
Results for your selected Wheel/Tyre 1
Rolling Radius 381.55mm
Circumference 2397.35mm
Diameter 763.1mm
Results for your selected Wheel/Tyre 2
Rolling Radius 399.6mm
Circumference 2510.76mm
Diameter 799.2mm
Differences between Wheel/Tyre 1 & 2
Rolling Radius 18.05mm
Circumference 113.41mm
Diameter 36.1mm
When your speedo reads 100km/hr you're actually at 104.52 km/hr
No actually it reads pretty well spot on!2014 SDV6 HSE White, LLAMS Height Controller, Tinted Glass, Tuff Ant Sliders and 18" steel wheels, Safari Snorkel, Rhino Rack Platform, ARB Air Compressor, Custom Drawer and storage unit -http://www.box.com/s/jem0ilac3cner2mexq64 UHF CB, 4x4 Intellegence RWC, 120ltr Long range tank, Rock Sliders and Compressor protection plate Beanie grill, De Tango.

I do get the minor rubbing on the rear inner plastic guard at the front on compression.
Not sure if it worth worrying about at this stage, I do know about the trimming of the seam behind the plastic but my D3 has rear A/C.
Anyone else done mods with rear A/C?

Possible to avoid rubbing on a MY08 with LTZ 285/50/20???
I have a set of LTZ's in 20" (285/50) on order. Just couldn't resist the look of these tyres
Be said, I read this string before ordering. However my D3 is a 2008 model.....that means I will/may? have rubbing issues.
I haven't bought 20" alloys yet. So, what can I do wrt alloys to avoid/minimize the rubbing.....
The LR dealer didn't recommend 20" on a D3....something about "potential damage to the wheelhub" and that a RRS(which comes with 20") has some additional bushings/dampers to avoid such damage.....
With all the knowledge/information you guys put into this site I'm sure the answer is in here
Any thoughts are appreciated..

Don't have any rubbing issues with mine, but I've got an earlier model.
However Gary [bigcarpchaser] has a 2008 so check his comments below.
If he doesn't post here, best bet is to pm him for his thoughts on rubbing.

So, double check yours guys just in case. Wouldn't want anyone to damage their tyre walls.
The key will be on what wheel [offset] you decide to run with.
V spokes for example don't have a great enough offset.
Both Gary and I are running Stormers.
Hope this is of some help....... always on the road less travelled 🚧

Thanks Ronp.
Would you know any good places/online to shop Stormers(replicas maybe as long as the load is ok)
I asked my LR dealer today for the price of 20" Stormers, and they where pretty expensive over here..... 3750GBP !!! for a set......

In hindsight I'd go for 275/45 which I understand is the recommended profile according to silverline. They shouldn't rub.
It is only marginal and when they wear down a bit they may be ok.
Hope that helpsWelcome "Lola"

These are replicas of course... 9.5 20" et50
Will the offset be ok or should it be 53? If so, would a 3mm spacer do? or will this just make things worse?
The load index is ok I suppose with 1060kg...
Really appreciate all your comments guys as I'm not too deep into "the world of wheels & offsets"

IMO your always better going for a wheel with the correct offset rather than using spacers.
As your link is for a UK company, have you tried our site sponsor AJS ?
Or our site supporter Ken he has OEM stormers?...... always on the road less travelled 🚧
