As a (non winging) ex scouser who choses to live north of the south, couldn't agree more
Genuine people in a top city. Glasgow is, to me, Scotland's Liverpool whereas Edinburgh is our Manchester - all of them a significant improvement on the deep south (with the notable exception of climate ) Currently 2009 Disco 3 SE, 2013 MY D4 HSE and 2016 D4 SE
Previously:
TD5 Defender 110 CSW (230k miles)
300TDi Disco 1 (289k)
4 RR Classics (300-350k each, 2 manual, 2 auto)
110 V8 CSW (220k)
S3 109 hi cap pickup (ex RN)
S2A 88 Safari SW with lpg conversion (bloody lethal)

Why would you not go out in dark hours? ]
Must have been quite boring sitting peeking out your hotel room window for 2 weeks.

Seriously, I did stay there. A week at the Hilton, Glasgow and two weeks at the Glynhill. Wouldn't go out of the hotels during the dark hours.
Don't think you'd get many Manchurians arguing with keeping Liverpool TBH.
Haha. Blimey. The world must be a very scary place to people such as your good self sir.
No offence intended of course. Harlow must be an incredible place! I must go some time, and not only because, and I quote, "Harlow can lay claim to the 2010 Bowls England Singles Champion when Harlow resident Steve Mitchinson won the final against Scott Edwards from Sussex".

Been there, worked there, wont go back. Think of Livingston without the good bits. Yes really - that bad.
There are nice bits of Essex if you keep on going though.....

I'm sorry
Divided we fall, how on earth will Scotland afford Glasgow's benefits bill?
I love Scotland just joking apart from the Rozzers that patrol the Boarders they are nice people.....
in all seriousness we are a united nation all of us, when im abroad and someone from my country needs my help id be the first to jump in.... etc
From a personal view i love Irish Scottish and Welsh (the later because of there amazing accents) devolution seems to me to be based on historic Braveheart type anti British pointlessness... Like all things weve moved on were generations down the line surely the bad blood has dissipated? Spent tooo much club: Air compresser, parking ecu,D4 front D4 rear, tow bar, D4 arches, stormers 20" with General grabbers, new engine, new turbo, new front lower arms, new rear upper arms, new track rod ends, new anti roll bar bushes, Bas remap 2nd stage, K&N filter, clear indicators, door handle covers, nav update, wheel protector, new winch for spare wheel, 20" stormer spare, new plastic tube on top of engine, new fuel flap assembly, new mats, sill protectors,
