We will be happy to make you a huge loan in about 5 years, at very reasonable rates too!!

Plus plus for us English, saves a fortune for the English taxpayer, destroy the Labour vote, and a deal for the City in 5 years.

Win win!

Still it's up to you guys!

I'm a proud Brit and Scot post's like that would make me vote independent.

I'm with Derek on this one ! If they are Daft enough to listen to a fool like that then crack on !

Its been comming for a long time and i know several mates who will be voting Yes ! Blue runs in their veins and they are proud as Punch to be Scotish and quite rightly should be, They served in the British Army but you would think they were forced to do so the ammount of winging they did about serving the Queen !

History will definately be changed for ever, better or worse, i just cant see it being sustainable ?

Fendy,

No offence intended chap, just pointing out a few realities.

Scotland's GDP is roughly £45billion pa. Its costs are, roughly, £55billion pa.

Now I'm no economy student but 5 years, £50billion in the smelly, who do you think is gonna be stuck with the bill, again?

Yup.

Thumbs Up

Who know's what Scotland's gdp will be if they go it alone or the UK for that matter in 5 years. You cant go on how its been as part of the UK.

You might be coming to us for a borrow Rolling with laughter

I'm undecided at the moment.

peace out Thumbs Up

The bigger irony in that by obtaining 'independence' (I really hope not) Scotland will be desperately trying to be heard in Threadneedle Street where, in effect, the fiscal policy of Scotland would be determined.
