Good to hear that John is okay, obviously a bitter blow for him.
He was so totally sure of a Yes outcome in the final few days that he had me thinking that he was privy to some special information. I had doubts right to the end.Arthur.

Only a third voted for YES from the total, so it would not be democratic to keep pushing for another vote. The YES campaign said it was the vote of a life time, well if you keep voting it clearly isn't.

No referendum for another, say, 50 years should be a condition of further devolved powers.Arthur.

The guy is NUTS, really think he needs medical help and I'm not joking
I'm afraid this man does Scotland a great disservice
There is no chance of another referendum in the foreseeable, the majority of the Union, and I'm talking 60 million people here, will not permit itIllegitimi Non Carborundum

just reading some of the comments below the story that Euan linked to and some of the 'super-separatists' for some reason reminded me of HHGTTG
no offence intended of course
"The Silastic Armourfiends of Striterax were an insanely aggressive race who lived on the planet Striterax approximately twenty billion years ago "when the universe was young". They were extremely keen on fighting – one of the best ways to deal with a Silastic Armourfiend was to lock him in a room by himself, since he would beat himself up sooner or later.[5] They wrecked the surface of their planet in constant wars, and the whole population lived within bunkers deep below the surface."and theeeeennn......???
