Mine was in yesterday for both these recalls.
I did check the servo hose before it went in & there was no oil, but now have new pipework fitted that looks like it includes some sort on non-return valve.
As for the fuel pump, can someone tell me how I can tell its the 'new' style, as the 'new' one looks very similar to the 'old' one to me!!Cheers Ian

Popped into dealer at lunchtime to get a faulty headlamp swapped and they did P017 whilst it was there, apparently they're not allowed to let anything that needs it doing leave the premises until it's done
Booked it in for P008 next week whilst I was thereThe End

Safety Recalls
My D3 has just been recalled along with countless others of it's generation for P008, high pressure fuel pump front bearing failure - 2007 - 2008 MY and P017, Brake vacuum assistance system 2006 - 2009 MY. The dealer is very busy and it's booked up to mid November, IYO, is it still ok to drive? I've never had any inkling of a problem with it. Woman with 5 kids on board makes me wary now....If you never try, you'll never know...
