you need 3 posts to pm, so now you should be able to rock and roll Wink

Think wiggs will be closest, but bodsey also could be closer.

I or wiggs can supply you with the D4 module and Most cable then all you need from TLO are the buttons on the wheel and a mic if they are not fitted.

Flack Thumbs Up

After listening to the quaility of the D4 bluetooth ...in fact that good that i didn't even know they were driving ...i decided to try a D4 bluetooth module in the D3 today .

Larger box ..less pins on the connector . ( why they need 32 pins when only 2 are used is beyond me )

First off the connector is different ...there is only 2 rows insted of 3 .

The most is the same .

I got an old computer disk drive plug and cut it so there was only 2 pins .The new bluetooth only needs power and ground ..thats it .

Most was just a simple swap .

Few differences i have noticed .

Now shows provider and signal strength . Very Happy

Phone book loads up a lot quicker . There is also now more names able to be stored ( last one would only allow 300 )

It also now tells you if its a mobile , home , work etc ..but i suspect that would be phone dependant also .

Still shows up on dash LCD screen

The 3 people who i spoke to on the new module all agreed it was much clearer and no echo ..result

This is what it looks like on a range rover screen ..as i have the ability to swap software with a press of a button

Much better on the touch screen ..this was a bit hit and miss before the new module

Hidden button for software swap ..hidden behind H trim .

Programmed these up with the latest D3 software aswell . Im thinking of offereing a postal bluetooth upgrade service . Will do a little video of how to remove the panel and see if there is any interest .

Bodsy will be the closest to you most of the time.

There is a midlands meet - though the next one is not until September - and he can do most things there - though not the bigger updates due to time.

PM Bodsy and I'm sure he will give you some advice Thumbs Up

I have a 2007 range rover HSE in the US. I have an iphone 4. I love both dearly but my iphone will not stay connected to my rover and of course I cannot upload my contacts. I had a 2006 range rover and an LGEV3 which worked beautifully together and I miss having the constant bluetooth connection. Can I upgrade anything to make these work better together? Last time I had service I had the latest software loaded but this did not help the situation. Any suggestions?

Are you sure they actually upgraded it ? ... Proberly not Shocked

I can send you a module to swap that will give you contacts and cure pairing issues.

As long as your pairing code is 2121
