I suspect so.
The "i" only appears if you've had the message centre updated, but not the suspension ECU from memory.

As I understand it, the whole software suite will be updated, so I'd wager your pre-heat/cool will disappear. The procedure is similar to the factory install process.

Just had mine enhanced pre heater functions have gone and I now have a permanent i all the time in the menu looking @ me.
Ive noticed the head lights on auto dont come on so much like going through tunnels or in the day when the weathers poor.
also the D3 now seems very slugish and cumbersum slow.
and raising slowly in massage centre.
My dealer will be getting a call HSE TDV6 Silver : "Avin it large"

Sounds like they messed up the enhancement big time: the"i" showing all the times is evidence of that, as it is symptomatic of the latest instrument pack software being loaded, but the suspension software not being updated too - resulting in an incompatibility. Perhaps if you'd had the suspension software done, then you wouldn't get the "raising slowly" message.

So you've lost the TC remap, I wouldn't bother getting it re-applied until it's been back to the dealer for them to sort the other issues out though The End

Visit to Dealer about Suspension Fault |
|
I am going down to the dealer today to inform them that I have a suspension fault, when dropping to access mode. This will be my first visit since I picked up my Disco on 14th Dec 2005. Is there anything else I should be asking about. My sat Nav disc is Ver 12 so I will ask about that.

sorry for double posting but i had my vehicle enhancement program done yesterday and it works great, the car picks up better through the gears and the thing feels like a rocket. The suspension fault appears to be gone so everything is dandy!
p.s. noticed two big handprints on the rear glass in the tailgate, someone must have held up the tailgate while they checked the struts!
