Visit 1.) software update splits oil service and normal service counters- updated display on dashboard. Plus oil change
Visit 2.) oil and filter change

Garage are doing exact what the car says.

I could not put up with that
Potentially 1 service a month a that rate. If they think that’s acceptable then it’s not the replacement for me.
I love LR but can’t stand the dealerships and supposed customer care. If it wasn’t for my Indy who are just fantastic, I wouldn’t be with the brand anymore, which is really sad 😔

Come to think of it, my Merc Sprinter tells me when it wants it’s service. 72000 miles in and it’s had two services. The next is due in 8000 miles.
What on earth is the cost of all the additional oil changes

currently got an X Class to size up for a Dog walking car, seems alright - as expected its agricultural and rugged compared to the D3/4 but the cabins better than I expected. It's not sold through the Merc retail side but the commercial side and comes with 7 years 24/7 assistance by the Merc Truck service fleet which I didn't realise. Dealer has a technician on site all the time open 24/7 - 365. now available with the V6.
