Thanks mate, I ordered the parts of HB Dennis in Swords, last time they quoted €50 each for radio and CC module. Seems ok.
If your out there Chris would you be interested in doing this?
mmmm... just thinking, maybe get turbo chip at the same time.

It good to see a Parts Manager thinking ahead. You know whats coming... LRs are a fond memory, apart from the maintenance.

The Turbochip dealer versions of Autologic are not capable of modifying the vehicle configuration, therefore you need to either find a TC dealer that has upgraded their Autologic unit or get a group buy going to fund my trip across either that, or thee may be an opportunity for Chris to have my unit for a couple of weeks in February
I'll talk to Nick about a 'supply, install & configure' package should anyone want it!

I must to say:
thank you TFC , FROM ASTURIAS SPAIN, the Control Cruise WOKS VERY WELL
THANKS TO YOUR EXPLANATIONS, LATER OF A SMALL FRIGHT BECAUSE IT SEEMED THAT IT WON'T WORK, AFTER TURNING OFF THE WHOLE SYSTEM SOME MINUTES, WE PROVE IN FREEWAY AND TO LEAVE OF ABOUT 30 KM/H, IT GOES PERFECT, THEN 300 KM OF IT TRAVELS AND IT WORKS MARVELOUSLY.
MERRY CHRISTMAS FOR EVERYBODY. lost in translation!

Had the cruise control activated by TFC today. Works great!
If you aint got it get it. For the price of the switch and half an hour of TFC's time, its well worth it.
Also had some other settings changed that I couldn't do without the "settings menu" as fitted to higher spec D3's.
Thanks again.

Guys - what is the part nr for the cruise control buttons?
And now more important question - I do not seem to have anyone nearby here in Slovakia who has Autologic to turn it on. I have an cable with OBD plug and USB which I use for diagnostica and ECU reflash for my Mitsubishi - isn;t there possibly a utility that will allow me to plugin to disco ECU just for this particular case (I do not want to have full diagnostic tool or reflash Disco ECU)? 2013 D4 TDV6 S; Baltic Blue; IID Tool BT

In some cases, the Cruise Control works simply by connecting the switch panel on the steering wheel. The only problem is that the light does not illuminate on the instrument panel. To get the light to work properly, you need to 'activate' the function properly via IDS or Autologic.
In other cases, it will not work at all until you activate it with IDS/Autologic.
Either way, I would try simply installing the buttons and see if it works.....then try and get it activated when you get a chance.
Rubén took his D3 to a place in Bilbao (I think), but if you contact Autologic, they will be able to give you a list of people closer to Alicante.
Have a look here for more info (in Spanish):

Well gents the Irish Mob had Cruise Control fitted by 10FC yesterday
What a difference.Gave a good thorough testing on the way home and it worked sweet as a nut. Anyone that is hesitating getting this done needn't have any worries !Go for it
Have to say it was a pleasure meeting Iain , a superb job Thanks to Chris aswell for organising the gathering
Whilst Iain was over he kindly fitted the remote FBH timer which its first " in anger" this morning with a -6 celsius frost
He also found whilst he was rummaging under the dash that I had puddle/footwell lights in my car , but LR had disconnected and hidden the wiring looms but left the bulb holders & bulbs in place So Brucie Bonus I came away with footwell lighting aswell

Yep, big thanks to Iain and Chris for their good work. Works like a dream and it was a much more relaxed drive on the way home.
Good to meet all you other guys too. Next on my list is the radio buttons and after this mornings crazy cold start, the FBH timer mod
