thanks to some of the kind people here selling me things, have fitted steering/sump guard, spare wheel protector, and about to fit a set of led's from Advanced Factors to go with my red/white changeable one (http://www.disco3.co.uk/forum/topic128454.html)
Apart from one bolt that wouldn't do up again and meant I had to take sump guard off and then refit, all good. Looks better, too

Collected the car after a replacement TC has been fitted, along with the ZF metal sump, new ZF filter and transmission fluid and a new electrical connection plug (looked like this may have had a minor weep). The gearbox had been juddering at around 30 mph when under load. When I bought the car a year ago I had the box flushed and Dr. Tranny added as a preventative. The shudder developed 3k miles later. Anyway, that's all gone now.
I had the old TC split and there was signs of hub polishing/wear inside (LR3 2006 @ 116,000 miles). Looks like the gearbox may have been off before my ownership (nuts not that tight) and there was a sheared stud which has now been fixed.
I can fully recommend the garage which did the work. Ask for Taz (the owner) at Sheffield Gear Boxes http://sheffieldgearboxes.com

Drove through a broken sewer pipe (not on purpose, obviously).
Now the car is caked in 2 inches black mud and stinking up my driveway.2012 D4 SDV6 HSE - Heavy Duty, Alpine Roof, Sidesteps, modded LR RAI, Stebel Nautilus, Trailer hitch cargo carrier - Best Car I've ever owned

Fitted Rays spare wheel protector.
Judging by dirt on wheel probably first time it has been down since car was built! Certainly wasn't cleaned by dealer before I bought it 2 weeks ago.
Nice and clean now though with coating of lithium grease to steel hub to hopefully help prevent any further corrosion.Firm not hard
