Replaced the outer, right hand side parking sensor. Had one lying around for months, and now the never ending squealing finally got to me. Took five minutes, so I probably should have done it earlier Rolling Eyes

Very Happy Over the last couple of days, but finished up today.
Bought 2 spray cans of Vanish Foam carpet cleaner, and thoroughly cleaned all the carpets.
Then wiped the front seats, dash top and steering wheel with Connolly leather cleaner, before slathering them with Connolly hide care cream.
Could not believe just how dirty a steering wheel could be after 14 years use by various drivers! The dash and steering wheel really soaked up the hide cream too.

A satisfying couple of days, and a nice pleasant easy job. Just got to buff the seats tomorrow. Very Happy

Replaces the front diff oil last weekend, nice easy job and luckily the oil looked good to, no big bits of metal at all Smile

This week's its the rear diff, off to have an output shaft bearing replaced which has got a bit grumbly, fingers crossed it goes well to!!

A few hiccups on the way but generally it's been great. Here's to the next 150k.

Fabricated an Ali bracket to fit a USB power socket to the roof rack. Used for the awning lights when out and about so I don’t have wires hanging in through the doors overnight

Folded the seats down and filled the back with all the worldly goods of twin no.1 (female) to bring her back from university. Twin no.2 (male) is due to be retrieved on Wednesday, when I expect to have more space to play with Laughing

Little run up to Cambridge and back. 70mph on the cruise control and averaged an actual 22mpg - happy with that!

I'm sure that nobody will be surprised to hear that twin no.2's possessions fitted with room to spare and I even retained a rear view through the inside Laughing

Implemented Land Rover TSB LTB00245 - fitment of front differential breather cap manufactured by Gore LR019450 (£17.69 inc VAT from a main dealer) - TSB says this should be fitted if there has been an oil leak from the front differential due to a pressure build up (in my case fitted as a mitigation against build up of pressure in front differential causing an oil leak).
