I'm here and waiting Nick, just ordered some 4 x Stanley knives, so at least I will have a sharp one for each door, don't want cdsymons using blunt tools and risking damaging my car
LED bulbs arrived last week from HIDS4U, so ready to rock and roll when the light units arrived. Wife is up in Chester this week, I did ask her to take the Disco and pop in and see cdsymons for a bit, so he could do the necessary, but she said he could be an axe murderer for all she knew and refused, so I will have to go

Well she is up there quite a bit at the moment so I can drive her up while she works in the back, then while she is at work up there pop over, it gets boring in the hotel Spa after a few days when you have had all the treatments
She always has a double room so for me to stay is no extra cost, it just gets boring travelling the world with free 1st class companion seats, staying free in hotels and going to Spa's every day, Singapore next, again I couldn't face Sao Paulo even though it was Grand Prix, so gave that a miss, would rather fit my puddle lights
New York and Singapore every month is a killer, don't know how she does it, I get tired in the Spa and the bar without doing any work, the time zones do me in

Read this post and thought that this was another nice cheap upgrade to add to the to-do list. Got home Friday and stuck head under door to have a look at where they go - low and behold I've got them! So i guess next nice cheap mod would be LED's so that they actually illuminate a puddle!!

They had cool (ones I ordered) or warm, but warm were out of stock so took cool, I guess for the doors it doesn't matter.

I grovelled under the door yesterday, and the outline where the lamp to be fitted is clearly visiable, so I reckon thats why we need a sharp blade on the old Stanley knife. Man with no D3 anymore, but cant leave the forum....how sad.

Yup the holes are already there , directly below steering column and well back on the drivers side and underneath lower glovebox on passenger side again well back. Can be a bit fiddly on the passenger one if i recall correctly ....
