Yes wiring is all there, attach it to the light unit which costs a couple of quid and click it in, from what I remember the light unit (which comes with a bulb) has a tab at each end that keeps it in

PS - you NEED LED's in them - changed mine to LED's and five minutes later a Boeing 747 was circling over head!
