I too would like to know this. The parts guy in my local dealer here in Ireland is on holiday and the other people there arent sure if they're using the latest price lists or not.
Would someone in the UK mind phoning their dealer to see if YIW500014 exists yet (assuming it follows the same part number code as previous ones)?

I asked a dealer this question on Saturday and they didn't know when the next version was due.
Anyone else tried ? Experience is what you get, when you didn't get what you wanted.

I've just contacted Nick at Yeovil and he replied within minutes with the answer we're looking for (hopefully) .
It's down on the system that once stocks of YIW500013 run out (over 200 in stock at the moment), YIW500200 will replace the old one. So, YIW500200 is probably the part number of the updated DVD.
He's going to let me know when it becomes available, so the sooner the old DVDs sell out, the sooner the new one will be available. IE - 05 D3 TDV6 HSE - Zambezi Silver

So, I wonder if you can go ahead and just order YIW500200 now, even if it is put on back order. Maybe other dealers will get stock sooner. Matt

I dont think so matt. YIW500200 should only come available once stocks of YIW500013 have been depleated. The stock level referred to would be LR's overall spare parts stock, from which all the dealers would order. I don't think this stock would be used on the production line. It's their way of ensuring they're not left with any of the old ones.
I'm curious as to what version new vehicles being delivered at the moment are coming with though...
Apparently it could take a few weeks for 13 to go out of stock. Unless of course somebody was to go into their dealers and order 200 of them!!!  IE - 05 D3 TDV6 HSE - Zambezi Silver

I thought the sat-nav DVD was installed from dealer stock, not supplied with the vehicle from the factory 
TBH, I can't see much of a market for the DVD's as an upgrade, not to shift a couple of hundred in a few weeks anyway....

Nick reports the new dvd is cheaper than the old one, around £114 + vat. But has confirmed that LR have an order block on it, so he can't order any.  IE - 05 D3 TDV6 HSE - Zambezi Silver

That's a better price. Wasn't the old one about twice that?
For the price of the old one, you could go out and buy a new sat nav system, like a TomTom. Matt
