I have disassembled and cleaned my FBH and I tryed to start it with Webasto Termo Test.
Unfortunatelly it has stoped every time and I can't understand why.
Could you please help me to understand meanings of the measured data with Webasto Termo Test:

I'm no expert with the software however, have you tried listing the faults?.
From the menu bar
View ---> View Faults
Then visiting the Wiki page for a list of the faults (at the bottom of the page)

What do you mean with listing the faults? I have cleared the error after each stop, but the same situation occur again every time.
Here is the error's part of the diagnosis report:
Error:
------
Fault 1................................................................No start
State of fault.............................................stored, not actual
Code......................................................................02h
Counter.....................................................................1
Temperature................................................................49 [°C]
Operating state....................................................Glowing 61
Voltage.................................................................12,19 [V]
Operating hour counter...............................................10107:01 [h:m]

Can you describe your problem in some more detail? How long does it run for before stopping? is it the same each time?
I can't see enough detail in the posted images, to try to guess the problem from there.
Have you tested the fuel delivery volume from the pump? It seems to be a common problem.
I have a new problem with mine where it runs for 2-3 minutes, then stops. I haven't done any fault finding yet, but I'm suspecting a pump delivery problem as it always lights, but never sustains the burn.
I suspect the error stfl is essentially that the glow plug is knackered. You can get replacements from land rover.
The other thing you could try is to purge the fuel and then try and fire it up. Another option is to just run the glowplug. But beware, yoiu can burn them out this way.
Finally, you hgave connected the pump wire back up ? Is wired it exactly as per the wiring diagram that Ian did?Mark.

From your fuel supply image I'd say that this was a low reading you need to check that the fuel line is not partly blocked, which is a common fault.

As far as I've been able to tell, STFL simply indicates a fault has been stored, so not necessarily current information. Internally it's part of the device state information, but not the current operating condition, or the list of errors.
