I'll leave them off, then. Didn't fancy cutting them, it would've looked messy if I didn't have the box on.

Thanks for your help!

Conclusion ?

So what conclusion did we end up regarding the Thule footpack?

Anyway, Yesterday I contacted one of the Marketing guys at the Thule factory in Sweden to see if they could come up with an explanation regarding the proper Thule footpack with adaptor. Very Happy

He couldnt !!! and he was supprised Shocked when i told him that on the non-US thule web site the only kit listed does not fit the model (755 and 775).

The TK12 tracker kit is not sold in europe, only in the US. This is most probably due to a deal between Land Rover and Thule. The stupid side of this as already identified is that none of the other Thule gadeget fits the LR versions Sad

The guy asked me to call back next week to speak to one of the engeneers to hopefully get a better explanation. Confused

Perhaps an idea if more people showed their interest and sent an enquiry about Thule footpack to info@thule.com Idea

753 foot pack is the "low height" version if you have the rails fitted I'm afraid.

Hi

I have opportunity to purchase Thule 4700 and 4710, and from what I have read these can be fitted to a Disco3 GS which doesn't have the factory fitted roof fails.

From what I understand you remove the plastic insert from the roof and the you clamp the Thule foot pack to the roof gutter which has been exposed by removing the insert.

Any comment appreciated.

Regards
Steve
