Just to let you guys know that they are now ordered and will be delivered before Christmas.
I'm leaving the sign-up open as I might have just taken some extra for 'stock'.....
There is currently a scheduled manufacturing run for early December, but I'm advised that there is a chance of them being done mid-November. You can't persuade them to do a rear diff guard as well can you? I recon that would be a good seller here too. Like this one:

I'm told that I will be the first to be made aware of any impending Discovery3 products from Mantec (as their largest retail customer) so we will have to wait and see. Thanks for the progress update JMC. I too would be interested in a rear diff guard.
Maybe if we start a "Who's interested..." thread for the Rear Diff Guard and leave it run for a few weeks/months we might be able to impress on Mantec there's a bigger demand for these and prompt them to release these a little sooner LRs are a fond memory, apart from the maintenance.
