Mine now fitted and looks great. The subterfuge of having it delivered to work seems to have worked (so far) in that SWMBO hasn't even noticed it yet!! Many thanks for all your efforts, JMCI was taught to be cautious.

What's next JMC??? U did promise something different some time ago.
How about a joint venture with our friends on the freelander 2 forum, I know of at least one person who would like the sump and fuel tank guards.
I really like the look of the sand ladders, not sure I could ever justify them "To finish first, one first has to finish ...."

Mantec plate has just arrived!!
I've just checked the online tracking and it apparently hasn't even left the local depot yet
I've just opened and and all is correct, however, there are some seriously big scratches across the front of it (by the Mantec logo).....no problem as it'll get scratched anyway, but definitely a problem with their outgoing inspection
JMC....thanks a lot!! You're a star!2006 Discovery 3 TDV6 SE AutoBuckingham Blue 2007 Golf GT DSG
Yaaay! Mine arrived in Muscat after just 5 days. All fitted and looks coooooool. '8)' Deciding whether to spray it gold now, what with shipping and customs duty! ''
OK folks - Last four plates going out today and those involved will receive a separate e-mail.
This group buy has been the largest undertaken on the forum and has run very smoothly. Thanks to you all for your participation and patience.
As for those on the reserve list........ Sorry The older I get, the more I realise that people confuse wrinkles for wisdom

And many, many thanks to you JMC for taking your time to organise such a huge group buy. I, and I am sure all the others, really appreciate it.
But I think you may need to get ready for Mantec Plate Group Buy #5 - The Final Instalment....?
Cheers

I don't want to worry you JMC and you deserve a break for Christmas, but I already know of a couple of people on the Spanish D3 forum that may be interested in Group Buy #5

Strains of "For he's a jolly good fellow" in the background ... fade to snowy Scotland (use polystyrene granules if we have to) ... pan in through window of warm Scottish fireside to exhausted JMC reviving self with (check with continuity here) large single malt....
Have one on me, sir!
