You don't copy the file to a disk, you use the ISO as a disk image in your burning software.

Hey Martin, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! Just finished and it worked like a charm. Anyone needing to solve this issue, a little heads up. As Martin said, you can't simply download the file and copy it to a disc. It has to be burned as a disc image in your burning software. I wasn't familiar with ISO files and didn't know that. My computer has Cyberlink's Power2go software as a part of Windows 10 and it was very easy. I simply opened the program, highlighted 'Copy Disc', then chose 'Burn Disc Image', inserted blank recordable disc and in 2 minutes it was done! The program automatically selected the speed (maximum)... I didn't get a choice for a lower recording). However this is not an issue because the Rover started reading it immediately!
It does take 45 minutes to upgrade the system and I've included a pic of my burning software! Thanks again Martin!!!!!

hi guys I am new here, I am also have this issue with HDFL can bootloader on my satnav screen, I burnt a DVD with the software and followed the updating process. The MMM does read the DVD and it also loads and starts the updating process but when the progress bar ends it goes back to the screen with: HDFL Can Bootloader........, I also tried hard reset but after connecting the battery poles back same issue and the car was running during the process. Please tell me what I am doing wrong ?

hi,

I am new to this forum - my 54plate Disco 3 is facing an issue on its satnav "HLDF CAN BOOTLOADER WAITING FOR DOWNLOAD" since yesterday.

I drove after serving the car and saw this message on the screen- can someone help me with this pls?
