know how with almost all things Apple
book before you go - look at the estore website & then you dont have to wait - usually
Some time back the Traffford park one sorted a conflict with a medical diagnosis prog my youngest one had to use for her courses...in minutes
The Crucial site is the one to use to get more RAM (if yours isnt hard wired)....the site monitors your machine & tells you what you can add...& it isnt that costly + its the same make & spec as the Apple official stuff
I found the last move to Mavericks the most subtle as regards the way the OS uses resources.......my iMac is limited to 4 gigs....I dont ususlly look "under the hood" but its clever the way it shifts things around amongst what you have running...I have made VM Fusion run that so well I leave it asleep so I have the ability to use the Windows app for flowcharts - RFflow whenever.
Rollbacks..ask at the Apple Store - the only thing you cant are firmware changes (which for my old machine are quite a few) especially the 3 battery cordless keyboard that has the sticking full stop.....!
I am told that Yosemite OS will go further as regards memory management - so if you have a Mac that is old & RAM limited (like my iMac) it doesnt block you out - it helps you a lot...but seroiously down load FreeMemoryPro & use it to sort your RAM.
Iv'e made a 19" earlier Mac book really fly with Mavericks & 4 gigs...given to my sister in law so she can surf far more easily on her very limited speed web connection in the West of IrelandBREXIT - done properly.
Right now ...We need Government - not Politics
Save the Dipstick Flagbearer-keep it simple, less likely to fail campaign-agenda items:Starting Handles, Acetylene Lamps.
Founder: Dipsticks-R-Us Inc
D3 HSE-perfectly formed, passenger friendly...has real DIPSTICK
Jag XK-but sadly no DIPSTICK...HUGE design fault
FL2 has DIPSTICK..."real comfort in rear seats"
VW Golf wondermobile (?)..has real DIPSTICK
Morris Minor..original DIPSTICK technology..and a real KEY.

Look niggles happen, show me a perfect Discovery
As for the share price, well those in the know made a killing, some of it from my purchases I guess, but you know what I don't begrudge them it, what on earth would we talk about on the forum if Apple 'was' perfect
See:
Apple management selling shares, nice little bonus there
I haven't sat on my 6 plus yet, glad the media attention warned me as I normally slip it in the back pocket of my skinny jeans when on the trampoline

I go to Lidl as well, how do you think I can afford gadgets, you just borrow food for a period of time whereas a gadget is for life, well until you get bored and put it in a drawer
