I think covering them in honey or molasses before letting the ants loose might be quite effective before starting the live stream. (or is that live scream )Rob Smith

Weed.
Walk the dogs this morning in a park in town. Super funky strong smell of wacky backy. No one in sight but boy it was lingering in the air.
Walk the dogs this evening on a hillside down, out of town . Late leaving works, so its dark. We note some people / figures in the distance with torches, so we skirt around. Wife says they are probably the Brownies. As we pass within 50m downhill of them we are hit with more wacky backy wafting in the air. She then says maybe not the Brownies.
Head back home and detour off to grab something for desert from the local. 5 guys hanging around outside a house as we make our way there. hell the smell, and it came into the van as I drove by with the window open. It took me a few mintues to clear it.
What is going on? Has it been legalised and why is it so smelly.
Now not being a smoker I assume the said funky smelling stuff is cannabis and it currently seems to be eveywhere.

Song titles that are grammatically incorrect
For example the U2 classic "I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For" should actually be titled:
"I Still Haven't Found [That for Which] I'm Looking", makes my blood boil, and then you have groups like the Beatles trying to tell everyone that there are in fact, “8 days a week” and I don’t think any of them have ever spent time together living in a yellow submersible!
Finally (in this rant) is that poorly worded song by Katie Melua who should (according to Simon Singh) replace the words from the second verse of her ditty “9 million bicycles in Beijing
“We are 12 billion light-years from
the edge,
That's a guess,
No one can ever say it's true,
But I know that I will always be
with you.”
With;
“We are 13.7 billion light-years from
the edge of the observable universe,
That's a good estimate with
well-defined error bars,
Scientists say it's true, but
acknowledge that it may be refined,
And with the available information, I predict that I will always be
with you”….
Ahhh I feel better now! I want to see the sweets before I get into your windowless van... I'm not stupid!

Well, well the use of a relative form. In English.Once you have defeated the idiots any job is half done. Pity there are so many idiots to defeat.

"8", "12" and "13.7" should probably be written as words.

Hugh, they are quotes… but I understand and fully support your contention
I would say that the more I look into music of the Beatles there appears to be a single protagonist responsible for most of, (if not all of), this aberration of the English language. I will therefore write a strongly worded letter to a P McCartney suggesting that he moderate his misuse of the English language or partake of a profession more suited to his talents, where he will be able to make a decent living, as songwriting clearly isn’t one of them !I want to see the sweets before I get into your windowless van...
