Could be... Depends upon muzzle velocity and of course the projectile.
If it is, as the YouTube video states, firing paintball or marker pellets AND at a muzzle velocity of less than 300 feet per second it probably would be technically legal so long as no projectiles strayed beyond your property boundary.
I am sure there can be a technical offence somewhere...

paint it yellow like a speed camera, that will really slow people down once word gets out. More of an incentive than 3 points or a 4 hour snooze session. 2011 D4 XS 305 MY12 - gone but not forgotten
