just ordered mine, is it ok to hard wire to a 12V fused feed instead of to the usual 12 socket??

Im going to put my 400HD on the rear tailgate so want to hard wire it. Discovery 3 TDV6 Commercial 2007

2nd wifi arrived today ...swapped that over with the blackvue 400 that was in the rear .

great as a reversing camera if you dont have one Thumbs Up
