Winter's back
At last we have had some new snow here, though not a great deal yet. On Saturday I skied in Fieberbrunn and it snowed steadily all day. About 2-3 inches fell on the car while I was on the slopes.
The weather was completely different on Sunday, beautiful blue skies. I drove to Westendorf, taking my "secret" back entry along the valley from Hopfgarten.
There are a few more photos in my gallery, including one of the hole I dug while hunting for my skis. Although the snow may look deep enough, there is still around a metre less than usual, I would say, which means that bushes and rocks aren't far below the surface - I met up with a rock

Did someone say snow??
Snow? anyone want to swap?
44 degrees the other day in Melbourne, which equates to "bloody hot mate"
Give me snow anyday..
What's the point.... it all comes out in the wash anyway!
85 Range Rover
01 Disco Series II
05 D3 V6SE, Bonatti Grey, 19"alloys
It's all part of the master plan: the more I drive my D3, the more CO2 I produce and the hotter it gets in Melbourne. Then, when all the grass dies on the pitch at the MCG, England stand a mutch better chance in the next series. I'm off for a spin now...
