Hi Santi
Depends how much you use them but 3-4yrs of average use you would see a difference by changing.
The bulbs go bluer over time and light output reduces a lot
I have just upgraded to d3s xtreme vision plus on my d4 and I'm blown away. Just done long drive on dark wet roads. The difference is immense and gone has the yellow light of the oem Osram d3s
Also changed the corner lights to h11 Osram intense and that made a bi difference. Only a tiny mod to bulb to get it to fit
LEDs are on order so should be in shortly
Best Regards Ian

I just checked and they are in stock - which sku did you try to order?
The Philips ones i tested in the D4 we dont have in stock yet - but we will soon. But these are D3S
The cool blues are very good - and ignore the name they are white not at all blue
disco315 code will work on the order

Santi, you know that I've been thinking of upgrading my worn bulbs ... and I always have doubts ...I do not want tunning effects in blue or nothing like that ... I want it more like the serial color ... improving if it´s possible .. and of course, avoid paying the fortune at the dealership asking for the original parts ...
if you upload many kelvin .. you're blue ... I do not know much about it .. but I think you have to be close to the 4100 serial k ... top little something .. but .. if you don´t want to give the sing with gipsy type car ... you get my drift lost in translation!

No no.
4100 is a yellow white.
5000k is daylight white nothing to do with blue.
The boy racer or gypsies have Chinese kits with an unknown colour.
The Osram and Philips bulbs are eu legal and therefore cannot contain any blue light at all
The cool blue intense give 20% more light than oem and it's a purer whiter light without even a hint of blue.
The CBI in the sku on the link I sent is correct reference for them

OK thanks Ian .. now I understand ... I think I will proceed to immediately to order my bulbs ... now with these rainy, dark and foggy winter days in Asturias is the right time...I will do it when they are no longer out of stock
...I imagine that they are completely legal despite its high intensity.... right?
beanie, thanks for your advice lost in translation!

thanks Ian, now is clear and also I was a little worried about blue effects as Ruben says.
Ruben, see photos on the link that Ian sent, and You can see there is not blue effects on the 5000k bulb and differece with 4100k.
Also I will order....and will send you a MP to consult to my other car.
