Can anybody confirm whether or not these LED interior upgrades fade up/fade down when you unlock/lock the car like the regular bulbs do?
Steve
LEDs arrived this week, and found time to pop them in today, only took around ten minutes. Couldn't wait till it went dark. Nearly blinded myself on the centre one. Really impressed. And the centre one definitely does dim too. Just been out again to check.
I've seen it mentioned in the posts that a really bright reversing led is arriving soon. An ideas when and what the code is please. Has anyone changed the footwell lights to a red or amber? Curious if they would look ok?

Large amount of LEDage just ordered.
Questions:
Where have folks put the resistors for the rear repeater (indicator) LEDs? Do they need to be completely protected from the elements or is stuck to the back of the light moulding OK?
Also where can I get clear side repeaters for my D3 now that I have amber LEDs on their way to me? Can TLO supply them as D4 ones?
Thanks,

Not as far as I am aware, Steve. Only front and rear repeaters need resistors. 2021 BMW iX3 Premier Edition in Carbon Black ⚡️🔌

LEDs arrived today. Everything seems to be in the box. Thank you. The 382s are quite a bit bigger than I expected but look good in the lamp unit! 8)
Before I fit them, I'm assuming you've not had any reports of MOT failures from folk who've fitted these?
I'm only doing the rear D3 clusters (tail, stop, repeater) and side repeaters at the moment. Will do the fronts when I get some LR D3 Xenons.
Please let us know when you get the newer even brighter reversing LEDs in, Ian. There's a few folks who've been asking about them lately.

Hi Steve
No issues with MOT - these bulbs have perfect beam patterns for both tail and stop - filling the whole light cluster and the brightness is correct - unlike the ones i saw in a RRS the other day - couldnt see him braking
