I went in this afternoon, none on the shelf - i asked the two staff and one said to the other that there was a box out the back, when she found them she popped her head round the door and asked the other one how many i was allowed to have Five was the answer so deffo a bit of withholding stock!

Decided to give it a go and just cleaned out tescos Macclesfield . Lady on the till asked what I wanted 10 bottles for . Told her I had a thirsty 350 LC . She smiled and asked me if I wanted a reciept !!
IIRC no UK spec D3 has a DPF, so you can use FB rated oil, but you will not get a better oil than the Actevo Altox GSM FBH controller thread

Cheers Chalky and Beany, wife's VW has been running on FB grade 2so for 3 months know very happy real same it din,t help with failed auto box and almost 1.5k fixing bill but saving on cost of castrol 2so is helping

been putting 2Toil in the disco and a vw transporter camper for a while now but usually use wilkos own brand -jaso fb spec which is £3 for a 600ml bottle. however just joined the castrol actevo club - did a 60 mile round trip on my pushbike to gainsborough at the weekend and bought 6 bottles (couldnt carry any more on the bike) for £1.48 a litre. they had plenty in the petrol station and would have bought more if i could have carried it but had none in the store itself

That's proper commitment
60 mile round trip on a push bike, for a start I'm surprised that you made it in 1 piece ? The amount of shoddy drivers that are on the roads to day
Imagine if you would have done that and come up empty handed
I had 10 bottles out of Gainsborough over the weekend for NJSS.
I'm about done now, I have 20 for Bodsy & 40 for NJSS.Only dead fish go with the Flow !
