I was graciously allowed 10 litres of the stuff ! It's Tesco policy apparently that does not permit more than 10 items of any same product to be purchased in the same transaction ?
As you would expect this differs from store to store and depending who is on the till at the time ?
I bought a box of 12 a 16 litres off the shelf in one store whilst in another I was only allowed 2 one litre bottles !
The mind boggles
I asked my local store to just keep it in the boxes and not bother unpacking it !
She asked me if I was declaring it to customs and excise ?
What she meant by that lord only knowsOnly dead fish go with the Flow !

sorry forgot to mention that it was the tesco petrol garage in gainsborough had at least 20 more bottles on the shelf after i had my 6 at £1.48 a litre . gives you that real nice feeling when you spend just under 9 quid on something that would normally cost around £40. even if you can`t use it all straight away it still puts a smile on your face!

Great deal on 2 stroke oil Tesco Blackpool
Just popped into my local tesco for a bit of diesel and in the shop they are selling castrol 2T litre bottle for £1.48. That really is a bargain, check out your local Tesco filling stations. I noticed they dont sell this in the actual supermarket just the filling station shop.

I have enough now, I still think its odd that this offer is still on ?
Usually they only last a matter of days and this has been going on well over a month ?
I have travelled far and wide to get hold of my stash, and picked up 60 litres for other forum members along the way too
Blackpool is a tad too far on this occasion though

You have to pay for each bottle you take over
Went in halfords in Hull today and they have it on offer at the bargain price of £8.99 think they thought something was up as I walked around the store laughing.... Still they did have one bargin 30amp relays at £1 each
