| Reset (aftermarket) Bluetooth? |

I have a 2005 HSE with apparently aftermarket Bluetooth (pair with 0000)
It used to work fine with my iPhone 5s, but a couple of weeks ago it suddenly stopped to be visible as "Landrover aud" in my Bluetooth list.
My phone is just fine and not updated my wife has the same issue with her olde iPhone.
Is there a way to reset/reconnect the Bluetooth module? (And is it easily accessible/replaceable?)

I know that the phone kit installed in under the fridge lid is for a NOKIA , but which one ?
