Great service. After a year of not being able to use my phone in the car, i have it working within 10 mins of the postman delivering this!
For other with FFRR - you don't need the T50 torx bit wiggs supplies to fit in a disco, but you do need a T20 bit to get the bluetooth unit out of the car (from the passenger side access panel in the boot). It.s easy to access but difficult to get at the one T20 screw holding it in. You really want a right angle T20 tork key (like an allen key). You can get a set of torx keys on ebay for a few quid.
Thanks for making my phone work again!
I'll get the old unit in the post back to you tomorrow.

In the range rover the BT module is mounted horizontally on top to the DVD sat nav unit just under the bodywork. Where it is mean you cannot get a screwdriver or a torx driver into the bolt. Its very awkward!
Trust me, you'll find it easier if you have a right angled torx driver.

Being as this is a D3 forum , the instructions at the beginning are for a D3 . The website has a section for the Torx bit as it's needed to remove the panel .
For the FFRR site I have a completely different set if instructions and separate web page to log into G4 Gone ...but not forgotten

I didn't realise there was a separate site with instructions for FFRR.
Just thought the advice about a right angled torx key might help someone.
Thanks again. Just off to the post office now to return the old module.

Hi Wiggs
I have ordered a new D4 bluetooth module from Nick @ Yeovil Land Rover (I work 100 yards away! ) he said it was best to speak to you about a custom MOST cable you supply to integrate the module. I already have the mic and steering wheel buttons, just fed up with no signal strength, who's calling, directory and poor quality
I tried to PM but I have posted enough yet, Hope you can help
Cheers
Hedley
