Does it find “ Ford audio “ ? G4 Gone ...but not forgotten

Hi Wiggs - I've just bought a 09 tdv6 xs and the voice thingy, and Bluetooth don't work. The satnav works fine. When I try to pair with the telephone button I just get the no phone fitted message.
I've read loads of threads about what you offer, and wondered what you recommend? I can see you have offered a swap service. Wondered if you still do that? My iPhone 5c isn't seeing the landrover on Bluetooth so I'm assuming it's a firmware upgraded needed as most threads suggest. Would be awesome if you can recommend (or sell me) something to fix this!?

Yes I've got the green and red buttons on the right, and the voice control button on the left.

Okay thanks. I will have a bit more of a play but the lack of any listening message when I press the voice control button makes me think hardware at fault. If so I may need to pick your brains if you don't mind on what I need to replace, and the likely cost. I've also seen people suggest a hard reset so need to try that.

Thanks for your responses. Turns out the Bluetooth was me being a chimp, and it's actually working. I couldn't see it yesterday but think that was me not seeing it on my phone as opposed to the vehicle being faulty. I notice I can't play music over the Bluetooth and I assumed that's normal? There's an aux anyway so it's not an issue.
As for voice commands nothing happens. No noise is heard and no message on the dash. It's the same outcome whether I pull the little lever and hold it for 10 seconds, or I just press it once. It's not the best system I gather so I don't feel like I'm missing out, but would love to get it working if it's something simple or anything I can try?

I’d delete your pairing ... then try pairing again
I’d also give it a week and see if it’s a software glitch
I never update apple software until I know they have ironed out the glitches G4 Gone ...but not forgotten
