I've read through the whole thread and haven't seen anything specific to adaptive Xenons with cornering lights. A few questions:
1. Are the adaptive Xenons as easy to remove (remove grill unclip headlights) or is there something extra I should watch out for? Don't want to mess up the auto-levelling etc.
2. What bulbs would I need for the cornering lights? Same as for sides?
Would be great if HIDS4U could sell a D3 LED pack! As I quite fancy doing all the LEDs I can around the car.
I like the idea of red map LEDs.
Thanks for the help!

Answer to 1 is they come off just as easy. Just took mine off and removed the orange reflectors as well as changing the bulbs:

Don't know the answer to 2.
I bought 5 sets of these bulbs and used them all this evening.
1 set on front sides
1 set on rear number plate light
1 set on front and middle light
1 set on footwell lights
1 set on front door lights
Very impressed so will order another four sets
1 set for rear doors
1 set for front reading lights
1 set for middle reading lights
1 light for boot area
Leaving 1 light spare.
Just been out and checked and well chuffed with them.
Regards
Chris

Brill thanks. Might stick to conventional bulbs for the headlamps but just get some extra bright extra white ones for fill-in and cornering, do the LEDs inside.
Seems like a relatively easy but very satisfying set of upgrades.

Just realised these are the same bulbs as in the dash of my classic Mini:

So ordered another three sets in blue as the lights in the Mini are almost pointless.

I wasn't quite sure what I was looking at there for a minute!
Is the Mini like a ship's tender in case the Disco sinks?
Good job!

I used them for the Central lights Front/Middle/Cargo and kept the others LED's you have used for the switched overhead lights.
Very Bright now

Mac, maybe you can assist me ?
I'm in need of the LED strip to throw some illume in the loadspace area but I'm confused with all the permutations,
One minute there's a strip of 3 rows 4rows 5,6,10.......
Then there is a picture of festoon bulbs ? Wires, connectors and so on ?
Does all that lot come in the same packaging from HIDS and u just B@stardise it to fit
Thanks

That 1st pic I posted is whats in the pack from Hids4U, and I used the 10 LED strip cos as you can see it fits neatly in the Cargo Light area. I used the same 10 LED through all the interior roof central lights, and used the standard sidelight LED everywhere else.
They don't get warm at all.
I even put them into the side markers that are for US spec

Ha ha,
No, it is a tender for this:

Seen on a trailer behind my old RV here:

I now have what they call an 'A' frame on the mini so it connects straight to the tow bar which means I don't need the trailer.
I call them little and large!
