That depends upon who your dealer is, I suspect.
Some appear to be grasping the matter and getting on with it - see juliemc9 as a happy customer - others appear to have done nothing thus far. Those that haven't dilute the value of what LR is trying to do, which is a shame.

DiscoDad, cannot be fully sure without the complete VIN, but you get the full works, bar the global open/close. Battery and FBH are VIN specific.

GTR is a subscription service, and we would not be looked on kindly by LR plastering bulletins all over the site. So, the answer is no....sorry, I cannot.
Further, the bulletin is for the UK market only, so in not relevant to Switzerland yet.

I had my service guy mention on the phone that there may be some review for D4s on corporate deals coming - which could be related. However this was more than 3 weeks ago and haven't heard since. The list of Proactive fixes sounds quite extensive - it would be a real shame if LR Australia would try to get away with limiting the cars to be looked at to those on corporate sponsorship. Seems hardly fair (even though I have that deal).
Also you would have thought that LR would roll such a programme out worldwide and not leave it up to individual country divisions and dealers.
I had mine in for some minor warranty issues a few weeks ago including windows but they didn't even install the window software fix. I hope this doesn't me we have to be pushing for this as customers and have to know all the fixes availableto get them installed.
I think this pro-active recall is a great approach, especially with the long service interval - but the handling of it may harm the good intentions.
sgk Prado Grande --> D3 --> D4 ... its getting better all the time

Just quizzed my dealer. He tells me that some 'parts' of the upgrade are in but not all. I'll be informed when the upgrade is ready.
Perhaps I would have been informed of the upgrade eventually by the dealer without my probing but I'm not convinced. Peter

Hmm well nice to see there are some proactive stealers out there. I took mine in for it's 15k service on Monday (pre booked) to be greeted by a "oh didn't they contact you over the weekend?" Turns out the service department don't even have the equipment in yet to be able to service the D4. Some kind of hydraulic pump to change the oil due to the lack of sump drain plug.
There was no mention of the Land updates that were supposed to happen, no chocolates, cake or wine.. Still I did get a cup of coffee for my trouble, after asking for one that is..
The car is used as MRC ambulance and takes me best part of two hours to kit / dekit to enable it to be taken into the stealers.

You might like to share the name of the dealer so that others can be aware.

Hmm not really one for naming and shaming but in the interests of good interforum relations the dealer in question was Stratstone, Newport.
