I misread your previous post where you said "This is the prototype. Production floor is mucho different." I thought you were referring to the picture you posted as being the prototype, not the one in the previous post.

Just returned from Prospeed after having my rack fitted. After having 3 Expo racks previously i cant already tell you that the Prospeed is in a different league.
No discernable wind noise at all even at 80mph, no rattly plastic trim and no reduction in mpg on my 40 mile journey home.

Ladder is on its way very soon i'm told, and a better design in my opinion than the genuine one. I have ordered one
I got the flooring as mine is the mesh type with me having the glass roof so it still lets in the light. I'll post some pics up tomorrow

Another 100 miles today with it fitted, still no wind noise in fact it's quieter now when the roof is open. I've also seen an increase in mpg
