Googsy, IMHO,
1) No more exhaust gasses being allowed into the inlet tract of
the engine, the carbon debris and what ever could be floating around
in the system.
2) Better engine response, no waiting for the engine to clear the nil
oxygen content exhaust gasses in the inlet tract, for combustion to
commence.
3) The engine sucking in clean air, with no gunk, will last longer in
the long run.
4) The EGR valve should no longer suffer from carbon deposits, as
