Yup and they are about to come out again. I wanted to do it this weekend but our resident supervisor is not allowed to come out and play as it is Valentine's day . So for those that still want to do it how does next Saturday sound

Ish, I unfortunately already booked a trip to Mapungubwe for that weekend, however, not wanting to keep up the rest please do go ahead with the fit. I will get the spares and with all the great help from you guys I think a DIY job will be the way for me. Thank you for all the help so far.

Hi all. Any longer term results. Any problems, any overheating, or is it still all good. I am thinking of doing mine since I'm out of warranty and do not want an EGR sensor quiting and costing me RRR's.

I've had mine back in (for LR to do the exhaust gasket) and then back out again , so I have had 2 chances to compare. The fuel consumption is marginally better but throttle response is much improved . SO far no known side effects

Hi guys,
Is this thread still open?
Would be interested in blanking my '08 D3, is this possible?
Wll be visiting South Africa at the end of the month, any advice where can I buy spares or accesories for the D3.
Also would appreciate any advice on modifications done to your vehicles as we live in similar environments.
Thanks
