Hi all diesel drivers .
The more I read about the EGR issues the more I think I need to remove them . Especially with our crappy diesel.
I'm going to get some blanking plates made up ASAP before the engineering shops close for the year . I don't have any idea on costs yet but I'm sure it won't be excessive . Pease indicate if you are interested by the latest 5 December
Koos please feel free to add any input

I'm not closing have ss plate, no profile cutting machine,
but can cut by hand with a plasma machine
Will supply material and manufacturing slave labour free,
but recipients to donate to site
For those who have the extra weight phobia, can do in Ali D3 bullbar-spots-roof rack with spots-ladder-long range tank-swing out spare wheel carrier- upgraded tow bar-dash console-internal water tank-duel awnings-drawer system & T T.

heine you probably know but just blank them off, don't remove the valves as the electronics will get upset. If they have valves that it thinks are doing the job then the ECUs stay happy.... Cheers

Don't mind saying I have sooper lightweight ali plates, resulting weight saving gives far superior acceleration to lardy s/s plates
Not! Cheers

Heine, just had a chat to LR spares, would seem that all the SA D3's
use the same gasket on the EGR pipe. If so, then I have measurements.
You may want to just give you're LR connection a call to confirm.
Edit - TD V6 not others. D3 bullbar-spots-roof rack with spots-ladder-long range tank-swing out spare wheel carrier- upgraded tow bar-dash console-internal water tank-duel awnings-drawer system & T T.

I gave you a verbal "yes" but here you have it in writing. Thanks for organising, Heine, lemme know once we are ready.
Where are we gonna do the fitting? It might be good to have Koos there for moral support?
