It serves all my needs. No € 50.000 in CO2 tax and no annual € 3500,- diesel roadtax..
I earn the purchase back in 5 years, then I laugh my head off..
I suspend the roadtax and insurance for the D3 and keep it in the barn.
Run it for a day few days every four months [ costs met € 120 each time to suspend
the roadtax ], to keep it working. Then if the 'great permanent balck out' appears and
nobody can drive after Russia hiet us with a massive EMP, I can still run around..

Unless your barn is EMP shielded the D3 will be fried as well.

My barn is made of precast concrete with mesh inside, connected up to the metal
roof plates and the floor rebar... .. its impossible to get radio AM/FM/DAB or a
mobile signal inside...
..the wooden shed in the back is the stables, but the 1 HP don't run on a CPU..
A cheaper solution would be a shipping container..
