Just goes to show that databases are not always up to date or accurate.
indeed ... guy I used to work with got pulled over om M60 for no insurance. He luckily had the documents in the car. Boy in Blue said "happens all the time. just get (insurance firm) to change it ... add a fullstop or something to your address and it will update."
Two of our vehicles was recently shown as no insurance, even though we had renewed the policy two weeks before it expired, a month into the policy it was showing not insured, AXA had IT problems allegedly.
Can't see how it could be your fault from that video, thats the good news.
Sod excluding the insurers, "if" its a company car, as soon as they said about no insurance involvement I would have been suspicious and called plod suspecting "no insurance", thats the bad.LRs are a fond memory, apart from the maintenance.
