Disco Dave just got rear ended
You guy slammed into the back of the car, police said he didn't even brake, wife's got whiplash and the cars gor two bumpers and bent towbar, he hit it that hard it hit the car In front,got it home and I've got a handbrake and hdc fault and airbag lights on ffs, he's got a box in the car so hopefully it should get sorted quickly

Hope she had applied the handbrake mate ,my lad was the front end of a 3 car shunt the back car hit the car behind him without breaking but the middle car had not applied his handbrake
My lad was sat at the lights with handbrake on
The point is the insurance companies have stated as the handbrake was not applied on the middle car his insurance could be void
Not good for my lad but he has been sorted by his own insurance company who were taking the other to court not to mention the accident perpetrator
His 3 rd no fault shunt
Sure he's trying to make a living out of it
