Cryptic post or what.
I hope his insurance claim form makes more sense than his post!!
This is insulting, does he know the meaning of the emoji he used ?. More than likely not so here's a explanation
A face displaying eyes glancing upward, indicating an eye-roll. This is used to show disdain, contempt or boredom about a person or topic.
If he's going to insult and disrespect people he should be ready for the reaction coming his way, I was brought up with manners and to be respectful and helpful to people.
Anyway enough said on the matter, my apologies to narpy for the calling him a dick but I will defend myself if someone's having a dig.

noun: forum; plural noun: forums; plural noun: fora
1.
a meeting or medium where ideas and views on a particular issue can be exchanged.
I'm 'sided' completely with Narpy here, Forums are a place to vent yes, but you have to expect a bit of give and take, BANTER is part and parcel of these places and spelling/ grammar mistakes are always going to attract attention.
I don't agree with people coming on here and looking for sympathy (I'm not saying that's what you're doing here), if things were that bad the last thing on my mind would be to post something on a internet forum, that's just my opinion...
I had an accident last year, luckily nobody was hurt, but it easily could have gone the other way, my two young kids were in the car with me.
The accident wasn't really my fault (as always ) but I posted it to Freel2.com so people could take the mick, or just discuss etc, as it was, most people just said they were glad all was ok.
Of course we all hope your wife is ok, I'm sure as s t that nobody on here wishes any harm on any other member or their families.
Light humour can help situations, If someone has a genuine issue with you then report them to admin, but if its someone's opinion then suck it and accept that accept that people have their own opinions and they may not always fall in line with yours.. There's no need to personal name calling.
Here's how my car ended up...
Good luck with the insurance company, if they give you any s t then just call them Richard and hang up
