Lots of Used D5's on Landrover Site
Just went to have a quick look at used prices of D4's and was very surprised to see 7 pages of used D5's, lots of Luxuries and HSEs. Given the next model year isn't available yet I doubt these are demonstrators?

Most customer cars are on 17 plates as most were delivered in March, not many customers took them on 66 plates.23.5MY Defender 90 X-Dynamic SE D250 MHEV Pangea Green

Did any customers get them before March?

I think to be honest all are March onwards
Every chance they are press cars, as I had a look a fortnight ago and there was a lot of "coming soon" on the site. My dealer had 4 demo cars all registered mid February when the embargo was up.
The 17 plates are the customers rejection cars 23.5MY Defender 90 X-Dynamic SE D250 MHEV Pangea Green

If LR are aiming at the X5, Q7 GLE market then I hope they improve their reliability and dealership experience otherwise you will see even more secondhand D5s. Talking to my local dealer, very few D4 owners switched to the D5 its mostly new customers. Time will tell.D4 HSE EU6 (Known as Jeeves)

My dealer found it's a mix though most are from the Range Rover stable, a few Disco owners and the rest from other brands.
My D4 never made it to the used website, he had 3 customers wanting, never had that before, my DS sat a couple of months in fact they took £1k less than they paid me for it but all have sat at least a week or two but the D4 was in and out, I doubt it hit the four court.
Who ever got it got a cracking motor only 7.5k on the clock, 1.5 years old23.5MY Defender 90 X-Dynamic SE D250 MHEV Pangea Green

Interesting I came from owning 2 Sports before and would have never ever even walk across the showroom to look at a previous Discovery model.
The attraction of the D5 was a larger boot than a Sport and something that no longer looked like a van.
The only gripes I have with the D5 is the questionable rear and the road handling compared to the Sport.
Both of these I can live with and overall pleased with the choice.
