I have just come across this thread.
They were not fouling the brakes - they were fouling the body. I dont understand why the conversation went straight to the EPB when from the start it was clear all brakes were stuck and early in the piece it was suggested to look at body to wheel clearance but this was ignored.
Anyway has ended well.

Since the tires was fouling the body. Do i have to do any adjustment so the 20" wheels would work?
On my Golf i need to calibrate everytime i change wheels but i thought that was only becauce of monitoring loss of air.
