Puncture last night after work....
So acquainted myself with the terrible jack, and process...
Now have the compressor making noises on the wheel I changed, so need to search how to reset that!

Nah, used the weak scissor jack in the hole in chassis..
Think I just need to remove wheel again, check for anything untoward then replace...

Another victim of LR making the jack fit in the compressor cover !!!!
At least I never placed it there, although I should have checked...man who helped me change wheel did it....
Will need another compressor bracket at least, and hopefully just reseating connections.

Oh dear,it was too much of a coincidence I'm afraid
Can't say I notice much difference in the driving (they weren't faulty) but drove 70 miles last night of varied driving and recorded 34.4mpg!
I've never, ever seen that above 28 before

When I bought my Discovery the egr's had been blanked but after reading about also removing the butterfly I thought I would check, no butterfly was still in so removed that today.

Rob search for egr removal, fitted new steering column lower shaft today, easy job pinch bolt in o/j was tight all the way out, it's all a build up to changing the turbo

Fitted new tailgate struts...no more smashed head.
