Disco flaps
I finally got round to fitting mine today.
I got Defender 90 rear mud flaps which included the fixing brackets. These needed to be removed (just drilled out the rivets) then used the existing screw which holds the wheelarch spat to the body through one of the rivet holes in the flap. I then got them level and put some self tappers in and it was all done!
Thanks for the inspiration from the guys who have already done this on here!
And here is the photo for proof

I got them from a main dealer. They didn't seem much different in price to anywhere else.
Thanks for the tip Dubbs. When you say retrim them, do you mean take the outside edge off? I used one of the existing holes in the flap which gave me the same positioning each side. If I didn't use that hole, I could bring them in a bit I guess.Bri

You trim the inside edge to tuck them in further
Mine protrude a few mil and, to my mind anyway, it makes them look a little more "OEM"MY15 DIY Black Pack (Better than factory and half the price!)

They look really good!
Probably a stupid question, but do these help to cut down on the amount of muck and dirt thrown up the back?Andy

I think that's a great question Fitzy since it's one of the reasons I've done it!
I'm hoping so, but I need some rain to see if they have a positive effect. (It's not often I look forward to rain!) I'm also hoping they reduce the amount of muck thrown over the tintent Bri

the crap that gets onto the tailgate isnt from crap thrown up from the road wheels, its just sucked around the back due to the flat shape of the rear of the car.
I guess if you are in muddy fields/etc, with spinning rear wheels then the bigger flaps would help.
