Thanks! Do you know how long this is, does it need to have the covers removed for it to be accessible? Trying to reconnect a new line from the dosing pump to the webasto, I can see the cut line running along the upper member from the webasto. Is it a single line? Was sucking in air for a while . Much appreciatedDiscovery 4

I can't give you a length but yes the covers need removal to access the pump and check the path and condition of fuel line from the pump. It's a single plastic line from the pump to the heater as previously described, are you saying the fuel line has been cut somewhere?
It's the same for a D3 and D4 so if needed a replacement should be easily sourced from a breaker.yµ (idµ - eAµ) ψ=mψ

Correct, it looks like it’s been cut but the part where it has been cut has a connecting claps so it joins another hose I suspect. Might take a look in daytime and post some photos.Discovery 4

So on daylight inspection seems the line leads to nowhere!

Are you sure that's the FBH fuel pipe, follow it down under the wheel arch and see where it's cut!yµ (idµ - eAµ) ψ=mψ

Definitely! Have followed it up to the FBH. Another member discovered it connects to the hose along the chassis. Going to raise up the front and see if I can either get it from above the engine or under the wheel arch!

Hi everyone,
guess I'll be the one ressurecting this threat this half of the year.
I'm having an issue with the FBH water pump. Found out it was leaking and sourced the part (JEX000030).
Once the old water pump was out and when trying to fit the new one we realised that the old one (I'm guessing the originally fitted one) had the power supply wires integrated into the pump.

The new one had a socket/plug for the wiring but no plug or wiring along with it.

Now I've been trying to find out what kind of plug I need in order to attache the old wiring to and no one seems to know Can't find any wire (with or without plugs) or even any indication of what type of plug I'm looking for.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Apologies for that, didn't mean to offend anyone. I was actually throwing my last hopes on the forum (as always).
I actually meant no one knows from the 2 biggest part suppliers in Cyprus (one of which sold me the pump), 3 electronics/parts suppliers in Cyprus and LR parts department themselves that I have spoken to locally.
Thanks for all the information.
I just came back from the electrician. Merced plugs fit perfectly on the pump as well. He had one sitting on his work bench and wired the new unfitted pump. Going to get it fitted this afternoon hopefully.
I'll also reply on the other threat as wellDiscovery 3, TDV6, HSE, 2006
