Back to OP. I called to order a new Commercial today but didn't. Dealer said he had seen an email this morning about 2016MY revisions and is going to call me back with them before I order.
I understand a 2016 Commercial is coming with xenons, roof bars, as standard. Also being sold as an SE model rather than XS.
Hopefully find out a bit more next week. Still lurking, although moved to the dark side: disco5.co.uk

Getting better by the week for me then, leather, sat nav, tow assist, bright pack etc etc already standard on a Commercial. I'm not due for a change for another year but highly likely they won't make a Disco Commercial in the future so getting one just in case. 11 RR 4.4 TDV8

I can confirm all of the above now.
Paid my deposit for a new Commercial today. Its 'kind of' an order but LR are not officially taking orders until June 2015, so I won't even get a delivery date until June. If I'm lucky will be 2015 but could run into 2016!!
XS badge will be dropped and will become SE, personally prefer the XS badge but too bad!!
2016MY standard upgrades include full size spare, xenon headlights and roof bars.
Do they still do front and rear lamp guards? Have had them on last two Disco's as like the look.

Dealer told me today new Discovery will be on the streets last quarter of this year hence some of the deals that are coming out and all the etras being thrown at models as they come out MY17 D5 1st Edition Namib Orange

And as RAW said up goes the price. Added approx. £900 to the quote I had at the beginning of the week !!
My D4 Comm is due for a change in the next 12 months so decided to order. However, there is a rumour from dealers that with the all new replacement Disco, a Commercial won't be an option. This will more than likely be taken care of by the all new Defender. RR chassis, 3.0 diesel and air suspension so it should have decent under pinnings. Daren't leave it any longer in case there was a gap between models where nothing was available to order.
Commercials cost LR a bit to build as they fit all the seats to them, then pull them off the line and take them all out again to 'commercialise' them. Hope the new Defender is comparable to a Disco for my 2019 replacement !!??

That is why I ordered mine as I was told the commercial was to be stopped soon so they could fulfil the orders for the car version.
Now they have said the defender will be 2018 I'm glad I get mine on Wednesday as if the new D5 arrives last quarter as some seem to think and there is no commercial option at least I'm sorted for 3 years.
Mine has just cost me just under £39000 + vat and I loaded it with all the packs,Exterior upgrade pack,Vision assist pack,Exterior detection pack,Electric seats,Heated seats,Active rear locking diff,Extended Roof rails,N+S electrics, heated steering wheel,Muti height tow bar,Metallic paint,side steps and full sized spare. Yesterday I spoke to a handful of dealers about a new D4 after an offer from one.
I asked them all the same question, on or off record when will the D5 be out and about. Two said they had no idea and had not heard anything, three said no comment or they were not at libity to say, two said there will not be a D5, the replacment for the D4 will be called somthing diffrent to a D5 and we would see it out on the streets by the last quarter of 2015.
This also ties in with some finacial offers they are making, offered £3K contribution from LR on any new D4, this was offered by most dealers, and also a comment on here by a forum member a few weeks ago, he said that he worked for a company that made parts for D4's and they had been told out of the blue by LR that production of those parts will cease last quarter of the year.

Struggling to see it Russell..they wouldn't be able to hide it so close to release ...the main reason for deals AFAIK is that the  has dropped out of the Russian and Chinese markets meaning that for the first time in several years JLR monthly comparative sales have dropped by a fair margin 21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021
