So whilst getting the D3 and trailer ready for IceFest, I took. A couple of minutes to update the CCF for the reverse camera.

Now when I select reverse, I get a new screen, the camera isn't fitted yet as not had the time, but I now see this

I selected the 'reverse with contempt for the rest of humanity' option; it is towards the end of the CCF menu.

Yes pins 2 and 5 are the rear camera pins ..I think from memory pin 2 is the signal and pin 5 ground/screen.

Just finished installing mine this weeknd. Working a treat.

What CCF option did you change? Is it the "Parking Camera Fitment" option on the "Infotainment" page? This is using the Nanocom.

On a slightly related topic - what is the "Valet Mode" option that you get on the screen? I'm hoping I just press it and the car valet's itself. However I expect it does nothing!

Yes parking Camera, not sure Nanocom has the option you need though, it's a little something GAP have been working on Bow down Bow down

I suspect Valet mode locks anyone cleaning the car from accessing stored locations number etc Thumbs Up Altox GSM FBH controller thread

Ok, so the connector doesn't have the pins numbered on the d4 unit.

Which pin is pin 1 on the larger socket at the right hand side of the pic?

Found it! Damn those numbers are small!!

Pin 1 = bottom right
Pin 7= bottom left
Pin 8 = top right
Pin 14 = top left
