new pump arrived today hopefully I will be grtting this all fitted tomorrow.

One last thing before you start, slacken the injector feed pipes off half a turn on the two injectors nearest the radiator(one on each bank) and any others you can reach, cover with a rag and turn the engine on for a few seconds and then look under the rags for fuel, do not remove the rag with the engine switched on.
This will remove any air that may be in the injector feed pipe and causing an air lock.
If you have fuel there do it again for a few secs and then tighten the pipe up, and try starting the engine It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.

So an update after what seems to be a bid job I have now completed a long list of jobs.
Really happy with what I have achieved and this as also due to the help that I have had from everybody on here. So a big thanks to everybody!
New engine with a new turbo, egr valves, new cam sensor water pump, HPFP, clutch assembly
New front discs and pads, sensor
New fuel tank pump
New bushes on rear arms. Now these are a pain to change!
Tow bar complete with Euro socket.
front to rear new copper brake pipes
New flexi pipes all round
New lower bushes on front suspension.
so this has been a big job but now its all running its time for the MOT. lets hope this all goes well! cheers John
