Mine was delivered this afternoon, fitted this evening.
15 mins and job done, simple and clear instructions, the green wire does need a good wiggle , even when you think it is in, it then goes in around 1/8" more before the audible click is heard.
Mine worked first time, nice to hear the jet howl again 8)

Tried again this morning. Removed pin and refitted. Definatley fully home. Still getting the 5 red flashes after boot sequence

I'd open the BAS box and check for continuity from the PCB pad to the pin.
Beyond that perhaps a jumper wire from the pad direct to the FBH.

Joint looks fine. I did the Continuity from the reverse of the pad and seems fine

What is the voltage in the FBHIC pin 2 wire ? with the heater not funning of course. And the wire still in pin2

Ok now what is the voltage on pin2 coming from the kit. And what is the voltage coming out of the heater on pin 2. You may need to cut the green wire leaving the pin in the plug for this test and measure at each side of the cut the voltage.
Or you could possibly try remove the plug from the heater and measure its voltage from kit. Then put plug back in heater. WITH NO POWER on the kit what does it measure on the pcb?

OK, cut wire. Voltage at pi 2 on webasto is 11.02v. voltage ate controller green wire is 11.44v
